6/30/24 Fulfilling My Duties as Ambassador of American Baking Arts

Today, we baked.  Or rather, I baked while keeping Maxi from eating all the apples before they went in the pie.

Since I'm acting in my official capacity as self-appointed Ambassador of the American Baking Arts, I made a fancy pie.

And I managed to get it out of the oven before it burnt to a crisp, I think something was a little off in the temperature conversion.  But it was delicious.

We turned the leftover dough into strawberry tarts.

And then we got a bit silly.

It went over pretty well.
